Vienna Cars
Move to National City Depot - August 6, 2005 (Set 1)

San Diego Trolley workers prepare to couple Car NH 6888 from Vienna, Austria to
their modern Trolley. Since they use the same coupling mechanism, workers
were able to use the newer cars to rearrange the Vienna cars to a track with
better access for the flatbed truck. Photo by Andy Goddard |

Car NH 6891 shows a fairly complete control panel. The last time the cars were run
was in 1981 in Vienna, Austria. Since then, items have been removed and
misplaced. We hope to locate some of these items in the future.
